Not cleaned properly (carpet, bathroom, bed/sheets/pillows), loud AC unit sounded like it was falling apart, “breakfast” was never put out, staff was unfriendly.

The hotel aesthetics were not as described online. The carpet was heavy stained with dirt. The kitchen products were very outdated. The bathroom had hair in the walls in the shower.

Steer clear There was no lock on the door. Had to push the sofa up against it. Also, ended up covered in bites. Not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas

The staffing is almost is missing at a critical time 'when the toilet stopped working in my room. I had to fill my trash can, and poor water in too flush. 😒😳🙄

I booked this room ten days ago. I informed the staff before booking that i would be checking in early morning because i arrived in Phoenix at 1 and after picking up my rental car it was 2:30 am when I arrived. There was no one at the front desk which is understandable.we called the cell phone number that was left at the desk and the recwptionist arrived. She informed us our room was not ready. The receptionist at night was no where to be found the one that check us in at check in 3pm was extremely rude and kept saying how much she didn’t want to be there and yelling at other customers.
