Cochroaches, no pillows or blankets, not enough dishes for our room. Room was old and dirty. Pool was cold and filthy. Husband stepped in bodily fluids and sex toy under bed. Breakfast was stale granola bars.

The hotel stunk so terribly as there was a flood in the building I guess a pipe bust. The floors were soaked and squished as we walked to our room. The halls smelled of dog urine. Our room was a hotel for Roaches as you turn the lights on in the morning and they scurry away back into hiding. The employees look so damn tired and lifeless they sit in the back and you have to yell at the front desk in order to get their attention. This property was very old, beat up, dirty, and rudimentary. No hair dryer. No dishes/utensils/tools/etc in the kitchen - merely the appliances themselves. It was appallingly bare. It was also barely clean - as in just possibly wiped but not CLEANED. We would not ever stay there again.

Avoid this place if you can, I usually don't leave reviews but this place inspired me. To begin with, it took about an hour to check in. A long line formed behind me as we all waited. The issue we discovered was that the front desk did not know which rooms were cleaned and ready for new guests. After I got to the front of the line I was told their software system was down and also that the TV in our room was cracked and would need to be swapped out by their maintenance guy after we check in.
