My flight was cancelled so I made a reservation and took a taxi at 12:30am to Extended Stay America Midtown. The hotel had No computer/ or nternet backup. The Front desk clerk couldn’t validate my reservation payment or assign/give me a room or make a key. The Taxi dropped me off and The Front Desk Clerk was unable to give me my room that I paid for. Will never stay here again. Got there super late after having been driving for 12 hours straight. Just wanted to sleep. Went to check in and was told i couldnt because their system was down. Wasnt offered any kind of accommodation or anything even after showing them my booking. Was told to call the reservation line so i did and after 15 minutes of arguing with them for a refund they told me i had to call guest services but they didnt open until 8am. I ended up sleeping in my car on not the best side of phoenix. Still waiting... read more

The rooms were very dated, and while it was clean (for the most part) the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross, and the chair at the desk was also stained and gross. "Free Breakfast" consisted of granola bars and oatmeal packets... We did not use the pool as it had a heap of dirt at the bottom of it...

Property is in terrible shape - smoke detector hanging off wall, rusty/corroded fixtures in shower, mold stains, light fixtures broken or missing covers, stained carpet. If this was a discount hotel, I would say you get what you pay for, but I paid close to $250/night.

Hotel is extremely old and in poor condition. Smells terrible and not in a good area. i checked in and as soon as i went to the room, we ran out. Stay away.

Will not return The person that greeted me at the front desk was less than friendly, the bed felt lopsided, and was very uncomfortable, the towels were scratchy, someone left, utensils, and bowls in a toaster on the floor outside of my room, which I didn’t want to touch because utensils were literally on the floor. The fire alarm went off two or three times while I was sleeping one night. Did not enjoy my experience at all, and will not be returning.

water was not working when we got ready to check in they told us the water was turned off. they never called to tell us had no information for other hotels or locations. told me to cxl my room and they still charge me after midnight for a no-show I called they corrected that problem. i
