Staff did not come out to help just put me in a horrible room because they could not find my reservation! Shower broken, stink, NOT A QUEEN SIZE BED! EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN.. GATES.. DOORS..POOR BREAKFAST

Run down, dirty. I booked this hotel at the last minute due to having to take my mother to ER and needed a place near the hospital for the night with my sister. I booked a room with 2 double beds. Upon approaching the room we noticed a toilet plunger on the floor outside a room, we had the room next to it and the hallway wreaked! We quickly entered the our room and at first it seemed fine. Tried to check in at 7 pm told they were short staffed and it would be another 2 hours before they would have a room ready. Hoping to see a credit back for the charge as we had to find a room elsewhere which cost double as we couldn’t find any vacancies close to our location.

Absolutely nothing to like. Filthy, roach-infested - couldn't wait to get the heck out.

Did not get what I reserved. Overall dirty and hallway smelled horrible
