No dishes, stove area filthy, LOTS OF DRUG USE, hide a bed broke and no bed clothes, door has been pounded on, inside of fridge broke, box of empty beer bottles under sink, and had to wait to check in after 4pm and we checked out at 10:30pm the same day. Waiting on a refund, the video footage needs to be checked to show how little of time we were even there.

We only stayed here to be close to our daughter, we flew in and were declined checking in early. Then were asked for our name to check on our reservation as if we're not mature enough to handle. Entry door trash overflowing, was told guy was off and would be handled after she did bank run. Water filter expired, no one ever at front desk. Walked in front door to find couple disappointed by finding out there 1st floor handicap room given away. Great location, shame about the infestation. Great location and friendly staff, unfortunate that there wasn't a visible staff presence 24h. However the biggest drawback was that the room was absolutely full of cockroaches. As soon as the lights went out they swarmed every surface. One morning I woke up to two on my bed. For that reason I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Hallway and room has an unpleasant odor. Could not get restful sleep as the smoke detector went off randomly a couple of times early in the morning. In addition, the exit door alarms went off interrupting my sleep multiple times.

You get less than you pay for. It's easier to say why I chose this hotel: location. If you're going anywhere in Phoenix for business, this is centrally located. If, however, you're going for comfort and quiet, look elsewhere. Between burned out lightbulbs, shower faucets that won't turn off, noisy A/C that need service, and general road noise, I didn't get a lot of sleep. Don’t stay here. Run down property. Only one way in and out. I’m handicapped and can’t walk very far, so having to walk through the entire hotel sucked.
