Varying friendliness of staff, cockroaches and questionable clientele.
I try to find some good in everything, but I have to say something about the mattress in the pull-out couch. It was stained and dirty and so gross. I was traveling with my older son and he was such a good sport, he just covered it up with a blanket and made the best of it. He was so tired, and all he wanted to do was sleep so he just handled it. I check into this hotel for a one night stay. Immediately upon entry to the room, I noticed it was dirty, very run down, with a loud AC unit. I went right back down to the front desk and checked out. The desk agent indicated they would submit a refund request to Expedia, but that never happened. I contacted Expedia and they provided a refund for me.

the room need to clean with special cleaner because of the smell when enters the room is so bad .also lamps and lamp wire is very dirty the hotel out side and inside look good but inside is very different very dirty .

I wish I would have read previous reviews more closely on this property before booking. Luckily, my family only stayed at this property for a single night after a Diamondback game. But, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. It was less to be desired, our room was terribly dirty, but, rather dingy. The carpet was stained, the beds were uncomfortable, most the lights didn’t work and many things were broken.

Worst experience. Wen I got there.. my room wasn’t available..They rent my room to some one else.. leaving me with my 2 baby & wife to sleep in the vehicle offer a long day of driving.. from Los Angeles.. and to top it off they charge my debit card for the room..
