Appalling conditions in Midtown Extended Stay OMG. THE FIRST ROOM HAD A HOKE IN BATHROOM DOOR WITH A VERY FOUL SMELL. THE NEXT ROOM HAD A USED CONDOM ON THE FLOOR. TERRIBLE PLACE

Dont stay here! Had our dogs with us and was given a room that had rugs horribly stained. There was NO bowls, plates, silverware, cookware, nothing. Was told this was supposidly due to Covid. First night had a couple guy was beating girlfriend up three doors down, cops came. Next night two guys fighting in the hall. Every time we went outside in the evening pot was being smoked by entrances. I did not feel safe here at all and will not stay again.

I have stayed at several Extended Stay properties and this is the first that denied my Green Dot Debit Card for incidentals. I had to have someone drive 30 miles to give them a card so i can check in. I paid for the room with the same debit card. They should have offered a one time curtousy. However maybe because I'm Latino and they have racial biases they denied the option. Furthermore I stay at Extended Stay so i can use the kitchen. Do Not Recomend The room reeked of stale tobacco smoke. The curtains did not close completely. Noisey and not the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at.

It was told that they don't clean rooms that stay less than a week. Towels are not replenished unless order them. I will never visit such a junk hotel again.

The room was dirty, missing basic things. The online pictures has nothing to do with the room. The hallway smells, no coffee on the “to go breakfast.” The reception was always left alone, couldn’t find someone to help you.
