Bring your own towels We had to turn our towels in to get new ones there were no kitchen utensils the front desk clerk said oh we are full so we do not have any The desk clerk was not a good host I wish I would of gotten her name

Smoking in room Someone had smoked in the room before we checked in and left cigarette butts in the garage. Either this was the cleaning crew or the garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous guest.

Never again The room has a kitchen but no glasses, dishes, silverware, pots or pans. THe love seat sank so low it was difficult to get up. The AC wasn’t ‘t in top shape. Front desk never answered the phone. No ice machines. I travel often and there was only 2 times that I have experienced worse and they were so bad I refused to stay there.

Too expensive for what you get. The room was broken down and worn out- cabinet doors hanging, dishwasher door broken, tub enamel chipped and caulking dirty and stained. TV was nice, but dresser was banged up. No hairdryer. Plenty of COCKROACHES!!! Just don’t stay.

Roach motel. Disgusting! Roaches everywhere, fridge dirty, under sink and drawers had trash and food dropped inside. Bed so hard, our arms would go numb. Was so afraid roaches would get into our stuff, we left suitcase in vehicle. Would have left immediately, but i just had procedure at hospital. When reported to office, response was Sorry.

Only, if no other choice. Its outdated, the whole room is old, looks dirty and just doesnt feel safe. The price is too high. Its like a super 8

What an interesting stay (not in good way) decided to stay at ESAS at Phoenix Midtown for 1 night for work. for a start, I typically stay at place like Hyatt place or Hyatt house and decided to try ESAS to save money. I typically pay $120-130 for Hyatt and ESAS was around $90 (inc. tax). boy-o-boy, what a horror. place is very old and has a blended smell of marijuana and old cigarette. room is very sparse and basic. bumped into couple people who 'roams' the aile. overall, not a pleasant place to stay. too old/dingy.
