Hotel was VERY dirty. I didn't even want to sleep there. The ceiling light fixture was falling off. Couches were very stained and dirty. The hallway floors were dirty and looked like they haven't been swept in a while. The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our belongings up the side stairs. The girl at the front desk was vey nice and helpful though.

The property was dirty, elevator being replaced, had to us stairs to get to room. The pull out bed had stains on mattress and main bed uncomfortable. Had to take towels and bed sheets down to front desk to have cleaned. No room service to clean room. Pool closed, vending machine out of order. We had to clean the floor ourselves due to them being so dirty. Had to wait on staff on average 30min to come to front desk. During that time phone would keep ringing. Stay away from this hotel! This was a crazy stay. We had people knocking on our door begging for money. No staff at front desk at check in. No linens or towels in room. When i called hotels. Com they said i could check out early the next morning instead of staying for 4 nights. We checked out the next morning and called hotel.com. the staff at the hotel then said the towels were damaged and the room was dirty. They gave no accounting at all and just randomly would not refund one of the nights as their made up charges. This w... read more

Wouldn't dare stay here again! I booked this hotel to attend an out of state funeral. The photos shown on the Hotels.com app definitely did not match the room that my husband and I were given. When we arrived to the hotel, no one was in the lobby to help us check in. We waited for almost ten minutes for someone to show. When the woman finally came saying that she was less than enthused to help us is a real understatement. She spoke to us in a very uninviting monotone voice, as if we were bothing her. Location. Hotel filthy inside and out. Broken safety latch, terribel sink, no elevator, indifferent staff (Angelica). No securuty - dog whining next door, screaming outside door but no response for security. Cancelled balance of stay. TOTALLY disgusting property.
