Key cards get demagnetized quickly. Was not able to get into my room. Front Desk was absent for nearly an hour. Nobody answered the phone. There were a few other guests who had the same problem. Terrible place.

Walked into a lobby in disarray, 9 people waiting to be checked in and no staff in sight. The woman who finally came was very nice and doing her best; she said they are short staffed so she’s trying to do it all. Property was dirty, elevator broken, really a mess.

Toilet didn’t work, AC, didn’t work, we had no dishes, and the bathtub was dirty

You get what you pay for. Not a safe area to walk around at night. Not a place I would care to return to. Pretty dingy and depressing.
