My airBnB cancelled and this was emergency booking Advertised(and I paid for) a queen bed when I got there they said they didn’t have any more queen beds. The bed was a full size. The room, as well as, the beds(had to get a rollaway) and couch were in subpar condition. There were numerous construction projects going on in the hotel, which required black tarps around the site.

Hard to sleep with noise from next door and above. Shower didn't work properly, barely dribbled.

Horrible Bathtub dirty floor was no swept and then had people walk into my room at 9am without knocking on my door also my kids couldn’t even eat breakfast because they had people working on windows out of room they insisted on doing it at 9am

Wanted to check in at 2 pm, but was denied and told couldn't check in until 3 pm or after. Not enough towels in room - had to make 2 trips down to desk to get more towels and wash clothes. Carpet in room is old and stained in a number of spots - rest of room was clean. Most likely won't stay here again.

I had requested late check out and when I got there they told me they didn’t have a room for me.

A REAL DUMP-DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY When we checked in, the clerk was efficient not friendly but efficient. We were on the 1st floor all the way at the end of the property. There must have been a leak on the carpet outside our room because there were huge and LOUD fans drying it out. We walked in to our room and the bed had been disturbed, the hood vent fan over the stove was on, and there was a wadded up damp washcloth on the sink.
