Close to everything Noise, seem to be ysing the health emergency to cut on cost; no morning coffee, no pool, exercise room. Other hotels in the area offer them

Refund Did not stay at this hotel so it was canceled by the hotel. Had problem with the 3rd party form. But I guess I was charged by Hotels. Com so I want a refund of $84.41. I had to wire money to my daughter to get another hotel. I didn't know I was going to get charged by Hotels.com

It’s a really nice hotel. I like the set up. But…. There’s too many druggies that stay here and smoke inside their rooms. There are people who are loud blasting their music all night. As for the amenities don’t bother. I asked for coffee they gave me a coffee pot but said they don’t give out coffee or cups. Outside the trash been piled up and over flowing since I arrived Friday. I sore I saw a mouse running around. Please really think about staying here or any other extended stay. They all are the same.

Stay at your own risk The room was okay floors were stained the dining table was broken and a/c unit didn’t work it was hot as you can imagine with these Phoenix temps. The hallways were dirty and trash everywhere I stayed about three days and the hallways had the same trash never cleaned up. Also I stayed on the third floor they had no security cameras and I don’t think the smoke detector even worked because almost every room up stairs had smoking activity going on and some even had their room doors open with no worry.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel was surrounded by many unknown people who seemed to use the parking lot as a hang out spot. The hotel room was very dirty. We went to pull out the couch bed and it was filled with old food, black spots, and a random covering. We asked if there was anyway we could get a replacement mattress and we were told no. We were given new linen but all of it had black and red spots on it. The hotel was not quiet and comforting, a lot of traffic and questioning our safety.
