Terrible service and roaches in room bathroom tub was peeling

It was the worst stay ever...night staff didn’t want to give us towels told us to reuse them, we had a bloody mattress for the pull out couch asked for a new one never got one so we had to use the mattress from a roll out bed!!! We asked for an extra pillow they said sorry no can do!! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered. Not to mention I had to argue with the staff for toilet paper, so I had to dig in the trash to get the toilet paper roll out and show staff that I needed a roll disgusting!! DO NOT STAY HERE Literally scared for my life. I was nieve to think this was a decent place but as soon as I walked in I should have turned around walked out. Dirty. Smelly, old, sketchy place. Low income and homeless people living here. Just do not stay here.

The rooms were very small didn't look updated like the pictures towels was very poor and old looking.In all the 2 rooms I booked wasn't worth the price I paid

Freaky Dirty laundry in the room. Nasty film shop like on couch cushions. No toilet paper. Gross. Weird folks in halls and peeking out their room doors.
