When I got to the motel i was informed there were no rooms available and my credit card was charged I paid for my room before I arrived and am still waiting on my refund

Roaches everywhere and rats so disgusting sheets are still dirty as well towels smell groo pool is never fixed but they will give u the optio

The property was dirty. At this time with the Covid-19 precautionary measures being observed cleanliness should be paramount. My non smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. No breakfast was available as this was a primary reason that I picked this hotel, it should be reflexted in a price discount.

Nothing I liked about the room. First a Roach crawling on the wall. Kitchenette with not one dish. Funny smells in the hallway and in the room. No batteries in the remotes. Air conditioner didn't work in the room. The person in the room next to us complained about everything. The breakfast offered was a grab and go granola bar. I will never stay at this again. It was a waste of money. The only good thing is it was minutes away to the event i was attending.
