Ewww If this is the only thing in your budget definitely feel free to book here the issue that I had with this place is it was not clean at all when I got in my hotel room the couch had really bad stains on it and I received a face towel that looked really dirty The bathtub had hair in it so I know it wasn’t cleaned and in my opinion it smelled like cigarette smoke but that’s probably because they allowed smokers in that hotel Also there were people standing outside and it was very loud in the hallways and I got there about ... read more

This place proves people really don’t care! I booked a 1 bedroom king suite for 4 nights when I got to my room it was definitely smaller than the the same accommodation I had had on a previous stay at this hotel. And the room had not been updated in quite sometime. There was also no tv in the bedroom. I called the front desk to let them know about the tv and to see if I had been given the correct room. Seriously let down. I have a disabled adult child. They couldn’t accommodate a first floor or handicap room. We were put on the 3 rd floor all the way in the back corner of the hotel. The power went out, and we had no way of getting my child out and back in, if needed. My child had to stay in, while we went out, because it was too long of a walk to get to the ONE elevator for this large property!Our room had been smoked in. The dishwasher didn’t work. I wanted to give this property a good review despite the horrible conditions because many of the staff members were nice, but this hotel is just not up to the standards that I expected. Dirty, smelled funny, dogs running in the hallway, dingy towels, water pressure cut off in the middle of the night, front desk unmanned for tens of minutes, no breakfast as promised, one ice machine on second floor only. It felt like the projects back in Detroit. Good price, but horrible service.

dirty hotel First off the hotel had people living in it, people upstairs were walking so loud stepping at night and kids crying from the room next door, which caused us not to sleep all night. Hotel was dirty. Hotel was horrible. Definitely will not go back.

I was disappointed that the front desk was so helpless to me. I requested two chairs in our room due to my kids needing to zoom for school. Their response was that no one has ever asked that before. The appropriate response would be to just find a chair and send it to me. How hard can that be? In addition to the chair, I called front desk to ask info on faster wifi (since it was posted on my key card) and again, they had no clue what I was talking about or how to help.
