They gave me bed bugs. I stayed there for two nights and had little bites and rashes over my body. Don’t stay here unless you absolutely have to.

Arrived late as my travel plans had been delayed. Got to the hotel, exhausted from travel, ready to go to sleep and what do I find when I show up? The lovely folks at Extended Stay America have given away my room. Apparently they have a policy that if you are not checked in by 6, you are considered a no show and they can give up your room. I understand I was late, I understand hotel policy (I guess. this one is pushing it) but what I don't understand was the incredibly rude staff! Don't think there will be a next time here Property itself seemed OK, the strong smell of weed didnt sit to well with me or my younger kids who were with us. Keycards didn't work several times of trying to get into the complex late at night nor at our door. The room itself was, ya know a room. No dishes or silverware included in the room, no extra towels, and hoping it was water not piss on the bathroom floor when we got in there (threw a towel on it to be safe). understand check in is at 3pm, but we happened to make the 4 1/2 hour drive and ended up making it an hour early. I’ve never had issues checking in a little early before. I waited over 5 minutes to be greeted by someone. When someone did show up there were 3 employees. All were unfriendly, I didn’t even get a, “hi welcome to our hotel” or anything. All I got was attitude that I was barely less than hour early for check in. 3 more people showed up to be check in behind me too and we’re treated the same. The workers were clear... read more

The clerk took a long time to register us. Asked for every guests ID. The pullout couch mattress had no linen. The mattress was dirty.

I paid for a suite so that I could have a kitchenette, after my first night and having purchased milk and food/snacks for my toddler, I returned to my room only to discover that room service cleaned out my fridge! I was livid to say the least! How can room service determine what should be discarded or not?
