OVERBOOKED! Long story short as soon as we arrived they said they were overbooked and had no rooms available. We refused to leave as we had booked the room well in advance and had confirmation of our stay. When it was clear to the lady in the front desk we were not leaving she some how had a room available. WOW!! This is the 2nd time Extended stay has done this to us and it will be the last as we will never stay with them again.

I typically like Extended Stay properties; you have to have appropriate expectations, but most are affordable, offer a kitchen, and are reasonably clean. This one was affordable relative to other hotels in the area, but fell short otherwise. The room was marginally clean, but the furniture was extremely poorly maintained. Coffee was set up a couple hours late one morning and not at all the next, and there was no other breakfast despite the website claiming to provide one.
