Horrible customer service the lady Lucia was rude we got there at 12am we called prior to check after midnight they said it was fine we got there she couldn’t check us in she was really rude saying she shouldn’t be working the was her day off and she start yelling and finally and hour later she decided that she don’t want to check us in now I am trying to get my money back was the most horrible experience
Nice looking place. Seems to be well maintained. Room across the hall from me had a small dog that was left unattended. At 12:30am the dog started whining - probably to go outside. I called the desk. At 1am I called the desk again. Called again at 2am. Cops came at 3am and went in the room. I thought they took the dog. At 3:30am the dog was crying again. The room wasn’t ready at check-in. Then when we checked in and went to our room, it was still being cleaned. However, the toilet wasn’t clean and they ran out of towels so we had to wait several hours for the towels to be laundered. Lastly, it was an extended stay, but there were no dishes in the room like advertised.

Gym is tiny and lacks air flow. No soap provided in the room. No towel changed. Hall way smells. Got biten by unknown bugs, still very itchy. Would never stay in any ESA properties.

It smelled weird and was lacking so many services. They had a decent pool though.

Room smelled like it was smoked in and AC was not very effective.

The room and the property are okay. The staff were nice, (when they were around) and professional. The overall quality, and feeling has decreased in the last year. There are alot of homeless and other people hanging around the hotel.
