Dog barking for 3 hours in the room next door (Room #336); notified front desk 2 differtnt occasions .. front desk clerk stated: "Oh yeah, i called..nobody there"

We had a room w a sofa bed and when we opened it, it had brown stains and a condominium package in the folded out mattress. They brought a new bed in but it was not a pretty site.

They couldn't find my reservation charged me more than my reservation price then charged me for a no show

I had made reservations to your facility for some employees that had a job out there for 3 days. Their first night there they were bitten by so many bed bugs they actually took pictures of their bodies and the bugs in the room. We had to book them in another hotel. Even though we have been reimbursed in full for the other 2 days, I feel that we should also be reimbursed for the one night they stayed there and a written apology would also be nice. Front Desk Agents Lie I’ve had nothing but problems at this location, checked into room and smelled like cigarette smoke bad, they could not find my reservation and after I booked another room and checked in they classified my other reservation as a no show, still waiting for that refund and for the night the room smelled like smoke bad, front desk clerk said she would get me 50% off and that she would let management know, also still waiting for the difference to be credited back, just called hotel, said she remembered me, w... read more
