初めての利用で・・・ 初めてこのホテルチェーンを利用しました。部屋は長期滞在に対応可能な大きな冷蔵庫やキッチンと設備は充実しています。しかし朝食はコーヒーとオートミールのみです。朝食付きとはすこし言い過ぎと感じます。こういうシステムと理解して利用するべきです。

I have stayed at many extended stays and this needs updating. Carpets in the hallway are buckling. Our room especially the carpet looked worn. Bed was fine. Blankets are dated.

Great clean bed! All else failed! Comfy clean bed! That’s the good part. Got there a bit earlier than 3:00, but don’t even THINK about getting a room til 3:00; just nap in the lobby with the others waiting, bags all over the place. Room was kinda grubby, stuffy; no handle on fridge door; dirty fridge; they didn’t tell me (found out after I went up to the third floor & walked all the way to the end of the long corridor, kicked off my shoes, got comfy) that’s there is NO coffee pot, plates, cups, dishes, not even a spoon or fo... read more

Good location I booked a room with 2 beds and received a room with 1 bed and a couch sleeper. The couch sleeper was too small for 2 kids so each of the two nights we stayed one of the kids had to sleep on the floor.

I liked the location The common areas were not clean always Some staff took too much time to respond
