Horrible experience Horrible. Horrible. Unless you want to be surrounded by homeless people and be treated like a loser don’t book this hotel. I travel a lot for work and this has to be one of my worst choices. Do not book

Worst weekend That was the last place I'll ever stay again ! They don't clean ur room . There were no pillows or remote when igot there had to request them both then no cups even ! Even Motel 6 cleans every day! U have to take dirty towels to desk to get clean ones ! For $160 a night it was terrible!!!

You get what you pay for This is the second Extended Stay hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling to Scottsdale for work, and it will be the last. The lady behind the desk was very friendly which was nice. However the hotel hallways were rundown and felt grimy. The room was old and uncomfortable. The bed linens were not as clean as they could be—obvious stains on the comforter and sheets, pillows were hard and lumpy, and the small couch and desk chair had stains. Not a good choice Absolutely no amenities. Room smelled like refried beans (my best guess) the entire stay - fortunately we only slept there. Queen beds - we were told only one room in the entire hotel had a king bed and it wasn't available. WiFi is so slow it's useless. "Breakfast" is a joke unless you love granola bars and will be there before 9.30 am to get one. Oh, and no daily housekeeping, fresh towels, linens, etc.

might be good for long term, but not for regular The reason selected this hotel over vacation home is because of the free breakfast. So we can have something, then go out for daily activities quick. But unfortunately the so called free breakfast just some bag of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, hot water and coffee. We have to go out eat breakfast or cook our own. Wasted lots of time. the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping either. each room only give two bath towels. And need bring to front desk daily to exchange new one. Ho... read more

Needs updating, breakfast is horrible I originally booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa hide-a-bed. When I got there, staff said there weren’t any of those available and that all they have is a room with one queen bed and a sofa hide-a-bed. I have 3 people! Holly (the manager) fixed me up! She gave me 2 rooms for the price of one. That was the best part of the stay. Otherwise I didn’t know what I was going to do. Terrible smell in the room and bathroom light didn't work. They didn't fix it when we asked, but they did give us a different room when we complained again. The new room had broken drawers and the shower leaked all over the floor. The AC made a terrible noise which made it hard for us to sleep Was told there was a complimentary breakfast, this consisted of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. Overall, we only slept there, but still, it was not what it the website made it seem.
