It was terrible!! The day bed was nasty ! Has stains on it ,(I took pics ) No sheets on it !! Plus when I called the front desk about sheets o they had them alright after waiting 25 minutes for them to get to room I call was informed I have to come get them ! I was never told I had to get them at first when I called !! So throughly DISGUSTED TO FRONT DESK WE WERE LEAVING AND CHECKING OUT !! Told her I EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF MY 792.00 fir 3 days we had booked ! I was told I'd only get refunded the 2 nights that's. AWFUL ITS ... read more

Would not stay again From check in to check out, I have nothing good to say. No remote in the room, had to ask for 2 days to get one, pool was dirty, no way I would go in. The entire place needed to be vacuumed. Granola bars for continental breakfast were stale. I can go on, but you get the point...

will never come beck very bad smell in the rooms

I want my coffee!!! I was there on a Sunday morning, went to get my coffee and breakfast... the girl at the front desk said they were out of coffee! The delivery truck didn’t come on Thursday. They couldn’t go to the store for their customers??? No oatmeal, no fruit, just dry protein bars. What lousy customer service. Plus there was that horrible Extended Stay ordor!

Not my best choice of hotels This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a motel/hotel. The day staff was a bit on the snippy side. The coffee was either very poor or non-existent and sugar was not available. There were no sheets, etc for the fold out couch and the mattress on it was stained . When I went to get some, there were no blankets or pillows available. Not like other extended stay places we’ve been to Upon checking in, we witnessed an argument between the woman at front desk and an elderly customer who clearly had asked more than once for a dish towel. The desk woman felt it necessary to ‘correct’ the older lady in the difference between a dish towel for WASHING as opposed to a dish towel for DRYING. (she was wrong, by the way). That was a great way to start, then we got to our room and it smelled bad..not like smoke.. not like a toilet.. maybe like old food or something..... read more

Staff were very nice. Quiet rooms Our room was less than par. It smelled of mold and mildew only to find a big mold problem under the sink! I have emailed them to notify them of this with no response

The hotel was run down and our room had none of the ammentities we were promised. Pull out bed was broken and they didn’t have any staff to fix it. Asked for extra sheets for the pullout and the front desk lady said sure meet me half way down the hall and I can hand them to you...
