Staff is very rude and dirty. Its like pulling teeth to get help from anyone.

Very Disappointed There is no amenities in the room, no coffee/tea, no coffee maker, no hanger to hang clothes, no cup, only one tiny shampoo, tiny face soap and a bar of bath soup. Although there is nothing in the kitchen. The first receptionist was unfriendly, later came up with a better one but it took her so long to assign the rooms to us (three of us checked in 3 rooms).

Won't return The room had no channel guide and no instructions on how to connect with the wifi. When my husband asked the front desk for a channel guide he was disappointed by the number of listed channels that weren't available. And two of our favorite channels were not available at all. Outlets were not convenient to the bed for my white noise machine. The continental breakfast was disappointing.

The property was fine for the money. But they did not have my reservation in their system.

Dirty I opened the bed and there was a big wad of hair on the sheet. Dried cough syrup was on the kitchen counter and the drawers were filthy. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I was afraid to touch anything and couldn't wait to leave.

At the tine of checking in no one was behind the front desk. We had to go check into a different hotel for the night.

Eventhough maid service is optional. The room was dirty (bathroom ) and garbage had not been emptied when we checked inti the room initially.
