Check in was delayed-think she needs help-never at Front Desk and told to wait, keys never worked, room wasnt ready and GRA was surprised she gave us room and she tried to rush. Check out Front Desk Attendant much better and very friendly.

Total BS! I went all the way to the hotel. Just to find out they were booked. No more rooms after I payed already. Took my money right away. But took 10 days to get it back. Total BS.!

No coffee maker in room as advertised. Pool was closed. Breakfast was gone by 9 am.

Good, but check amenities! I specifically booked this place for the pool. We stayed a little further away from where our family lives because this place had a pool. They neglected to point out, anywhere, that the pool was closed. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable, but the bed was good. Booking was…ok. Would I do it again? Not as a first option.

I like the cleanest of the room it was really cute the front staff was friendly and nice but wasn't helpful when it came to getting another motel with a pool the pool didn't work that's the only reason why we got out of the house we didn't need a hotel I live in Arizona where the hotel is I could have chose a cheaper hotel and went to a water park afterwards if I knew the pool wasn't working I like a discount on the next day and I'll choose one next to water world or the lake
