Smokey smell This was a nonsmoking room. I do not believe anyone had been smoking in the room. It did not smell like tobacco, but smelled like someone had cremated something they cooked in the kitchen.

Very Disappointed What a horrible bed and a horrible breakfast. I expected so much more from a hotel located in Scottsdale. The first room I was booked in, I opened the door and the bed was completely unmade as if someone had just slept in it. The bed was as hard as a rock and the quality of the room was very disappointing. Couldn't even get on WIFI even after calling the front desk for help. Don't think I will stay at this chain again.

NOT recommended I visit Scottsdale a few times a year as I work remote but visit my office headquarters every few months. This is the first and LAST time I will select this hotel. Its dirty, old, outdated, and the manager was extremely rude. Its worth spending a a few more dollars to get a better experience.

Never booking here again Filthy, dumpy hotel. The manager is one of the rudest "hospitality" people I have ever come into contact with. I guess you get what you pay for.....Cheap hotel = bad experience.

filthy dirty..... Arrived late at night, the room was filthy, hair in the bed, hair in the showers, no housekeeping service to the room for the 3 days I was there. I spoke to the housekeeper the morning after and nothing was done....Her excuse at the end was that management told her to go to another room. I would NEVER stay there again. I appreciate it is a pet friendly motel, but the dirt in the rooms was human hair... not acceptable at all. Also they said there was WIFI and there wasn't. Needs improvements The sheets on the bed had small blood stains. The cleanliness outside if hotel not very good. The construction next door was a bit loud. Several other things we didn't like. Thank You

Filthy smells like cigarette smoke Arrived late 10 pm as we walked the facility it was filthy too late to go anywhere else. Expected more considering the part of town we were in

dirty old-fashioned no hd, 10 channels, no paper/pen to write messages, dirty walkways they really need to upgrade
