Horrible bed and pillows!!!! Only 1 bath towel. No other towels NOTHING in the kitchen area. Just an empty counter with a microwave and small refrigerator. No coffee pot TV remote did not work The only good thing about this hotel was its location

Run down. It's got a full kitchen, but it costs $40 or more extra if you want plates, etc. Office is not staffed. I left a day early and wanted to let them know, but searched the property without success. Great location, but will not stay there again.

Clean but no one on duty! An interesting mix of a very clean hotel and one with no open lobby from 10 pm to 9 am. Small cheap furnishings, but in the morning no way to check out (either online or by calling the front desk), so I simply left and hoped I wouldn't get charged. Older furnishings contrasted with very very clean interior and exterior, so hard for me to rate it. Lack of a 24-hour front desk was a problem.

Expensive for what it is. No shampoo/conditioner, lotion, bar soap and no hair dryer. First place I have ever been that does not have that stuff complimentary. I did not pack any as I was only staying 2 nights.

Crappy stewardship of the facility, no real services and noisy. TV remote does not work, bath sink drain stopped up, not even tissues in the entire room. Crapp towels in the bath, no shampoo.

Never again They have bugs. The door did not lock tight and the latch that acts like a safety chain couldnt b used properly bcuz the door didnt shut tight.

Terrible - Felt like a crackhouse motel there were dead cockroaches in one of the drawers in the kitchen, and the room smelled like urine. there was a woman screaming obscenities off and on throughout the night, and every time she started screaming, dogs in the rooms nearby started barking. We thought North Scottsdale would be nice, but it was more like staying in South Phoenix. We did talk to the manager the next morning at check out, and she apologized for the bad experience, but did not offer a full or partial refund.
