The only reason why the conditions were disappointing was because they were renovating. My room was done with exception of all the kitchen and bathroom furnishings like plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils etc.

No shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, hair dryer. All the kitchen cabinets were in poor shape. There was hair in the bathroom sink. I paid a lot of money for the room and it wasn’t worth it.

Room key wasn’t working so I couldn’t stay there. They were really nice they refunded my booking and I understand technical glitches happen.

Check-in extra charge 30 minutes before 3:00. Room keys didn’t work 2 of 5 nights. Had to go to front desk. Rooms are loud as you can hear next room coughing, shower (sounds like a truck), parking lot noise.

The staff was excellent, Ree ree was very kind and professional. The room smelled musty and stale. The TV was small and hardly worked. Can only change channels down. There was no dishes, soap towels or anything. Very low budet for the price.
