Cheap hotel at an expensive price. Loud fan, fridge didnt work, complicated tv, walls and sink stained.

No one to check us in after hours. I booked a room here for myself and my daughter from the parking lot at 11:30pm after leaving my husband in the hospital. Then went to the lobby door that was locked, used the phone outside to call for an after hours check in. A storm started pouring rain and my little one was crying. After 10 minutes of being on hold I canceled my stay and went somewhere else. If check in has an end time then why was I able to book a stay from the app? I have stayed at Extended Stay America before and had a good experience, but I won't stay here again, ever! The kitchenette did not have anything in it; no dishes, no coffee maker, no toaster, no utinsels. The bathroom had two towels and when we asked for extra we were charged $1.75ea; no bath mat, no soap, no washclothes, no kleenex. Killed a bug that looked like a cockroach; black mold above the shower; sink drain rusted; cigarette burn in the carpet; door was not sealed well so room losing cool air. Unsantisry Had water bugs in the bathroom. Shower was clogged.

They didn’t honor the reservation. Told me that there was no rooms available when I got there. The front desk person told me that it’s not really a reservation when there’s no rooms available, though even though I had a confirmation that I showed him. pretty disappointed. Front desk also told me I was pretty lucky. I didn’t pay which insinuated to me that had I wouldn’t gotten my money back.

I booked this at 1118pm. When I arrived the property was locked and there’s a phone to call for the help desk. They continue to tell me that I did not book a reservation. After I proved to them that I did book a reservation by providing a confirmation number. They then stated that they canceled my reservation because they do not do reservations after 11 PM I was stuck standing outside in the evening at midnight with no room even though my deposit and money had been paid of $99.30 I spoke with multiple agents using their wall... read more

Horrible place stay away. This place was a dive in a high rent area in Scottsdale, Arizona disrepair smelled blood on the floor, broken furniture. I’m sure there are better places in Skid Row. This should not even be a listed property with Hotels.com. It does your service no favors.
