Not even a coffee pot. No ice machine on premise. The floors were dirty as were the windows and bathroom. Clise to Mayo Clinic and lots a alright restaurants. A huge mistake.

The room. It was SMALL, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. We didn't even want to use the shower (I took pictures). The floor was very dirty. We cleaned up spilled soda and the white towel turned BLACK! There was nothing in the kitchen for us to use, like cups or plates. No coffee maker, bathroom had no soap to wash our hands or anything in the shower to use. It was an expensive room but looked cheap.

Paid but didn’t stay. Waited 10-15 minutes to check in-no one in the office. Only had ground level floor rooms available. I was alone and there were men all around the property. I did not feel safe. Left as soon as I saw the room and went to stay somewhere else.

Reached out 3 times about the late check out fee that was applied even though I left before 8 am. Lobby was not open at the time I left. This charge has not been reversed. Room smelled like smoke and light fixture next to bed did not work either.

My reservations thru Expedia did not mean a thing to Extended Stay America . they had no rooms available, even if I had a reservation. Unbelievably rude and unapologetic staff. She told me that I could speak to the manager, and when I said yes, I was told that he was already gone for the day but I could call him tomorrow... Extremely dirty carpeting, worn out furniture, bedding was old and worn. The hotel needs a tremendous remake for my wife and I to stay there again. Now I know why the price was so low. However, still to expensive for a miserable night at this hotel

I was flying into Phoenix unexpectedly and didn’t have a place to stay so I made a reservation at extended stay in Scottsdale for 3 nights. I received a confirmation code from hotels.com. At about 800pm on 10/7 I went to check in and the Front Desk turned me away. They had a big sign taped on their lobby door that said “Sold Out” I explained that I had made a reservation that day and she responded that this happens a lot with third parties. It sucked, I reserved though Expedia. Once I arrived there was a sign stating that all rooms were occupied so to call a number. Once I called they stated there was no rooms so I was out of luck and it was 12 am.
