l didnt like you advertise dishes and cook wear for free but there not. my bathroom door was very hard to close. floors were dirty.no back up toilet paper .not enough towels and wash cloths,no shampoo or bar soap. floors were dirty and kitchen floor sticky. l was very disappointed with room cleanliness. and staff at the front desk were like lt was a burden on them to help me . they just didnt have a good attatode .

The staff at the check-in was very nice. The check-in was quick and easy. When I arrived in my room, you could tell some things were outdated along with a huge burn in the countertop. However, when I went into the bathroom and turned on the light tons of cockroaches, scattered and scurried everywhere. They were all over and in the kitchen. It was so gross I decided to leave. I didn’t even fulfill my stay!

It was diry and has bugs everywhere in bathroom and bed area. There was no smoke detector and smells dirty. Not enough towels,no wash cloth in the bathroom.

Not so great this time I have stayed here many times but this time I found bed bugs. One was on the sheet while there were more on the corner of the bed skirt. Was moved to another room but that’s about it. That room had no bugs but the smell was a little off putting.

Was not clean when we got there. Didn’t provide breakfast after stating it did in the booking and used another properties pictures for advertisement

Service could have been better Semi-friendly staff. Arrived on Sunday as scheduled but room not ready. Window left partially open and floors dirty. Requested to have floors mopped twice, front desk made note and said it would be done after 9:30am but service never done; internet out 1.5 days; frig cold but noisy; phone had dial tone but didn't work; bathroom light stopped working for 1.5 days then worked again. Left 3 days earlier than planned.

For the price, I’d rather book a nicer one than this. We booked this one because of the discount I got but it wasn’t worth it. There were bugs on the floor during the night and the room had a weird odor.
