This hotel is in a super great area but there is much to be desired with the facility. The room floors were dirty and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There were no kitchenette/coffee pot supplies in the room. We requested kitchen stuff and nothing was delivered. The outside garbage cans were overflowing stinky and the walkways were stained and sticky. The picnic area was totaled with cigarette butts and trash.
