Clean, great location. Really liked that my room was checked on and lights turned on just before I got there! Very clean and ready for rest.

Nice but very basic Nice but very basic as there were not even any cup/glasses to drink water with. I reported a bed reading lamp missing a bulb after the first night but it was still not replaced after the second night. The evening desk clerk was very friendly, but the morning desk clerk was "not interested" and the "breakfast bar" was "empty" the second day and I was told "the order was placed", but that did not help us during our stay.

Not a great hotel Grab and go breakfast which is very basic. Rooms are not large with average bedding. Our A/C worked sparodically which was uncomfortable. Try elsewhere

Hotel clerk The hotel clerk Anjelica went above and beyond to help me. Due to an error in the reservation I booked. Excellent customer service, this lady should be running the hotel. Very nice

Nice but needed cooking utensils and iron on the room. It should b there ready for guest . Bed was to soft .

Easy access to town My wife and I were kept at registration for a long time as the two counter staff had troubles with computers and pay methods. The result is I have arrived home in the UK and checked my credit card statement to find I have been charged TWICE !!!

Awesome Hotel Very nice location and the staff was absolutly amazing. The General Manager helped me so much with everything i needed help with. I was in room 113 and the air condition works but has slight issues it will turn on and off by itself. Thanks again for the stay!
