Convenient and as expected Great location with all the advantages of Scottsdale nearby. Mostly quiet and convenient, adequate but not spectacular. Basically as expected. Some minor maintenance issues that we told them about.

Fair Hotel with Good Location This hotel provided a quiet, safe, and mostly clean location right across from the Scottsdale Artist School where I had a week long workshop. The linens, bathroom, and kitchen area were clean, although the carpet a bit less so. The bathtub and shower were very worn, with some stains. Faucets and drains were a bit corroded. However, I appreciated having a private room in a convenient location with some kitchen facilities. The staff were helpful and personable.

conventient nad clean rooms relaxing and quiet. looks like people live here for more than one or two nights.

Adequate Clean rooms, even though the building was older. Beds not very comfortable but for this price point I didn't expect luxury. Kitchen was nice to have. Bathroom door opens oddly into the kitchen area, but was not a big issue. I did like that the staff called the day before arrival to see if I had any special requests. I was able to check in early.

Affordable Scottsdale Hotel Not the nicest Extended Stay that I've stayed in and the room was small, but I needed a cheap room for a night at a good price in that area of Scottsdale and it was a good value.
