Great location and amazing staff! Easy walk or bike ride to downtown and Old Town. Right next to Starbucks, always a plus! The room was clean, the staff was excellent.

Only thing lacking is was TV , none of the best, I don't like traveling alone much, but finding such a great place, friendly and warm.i felt comfortable right off. I loved my little kitchen and the room was very comfortable.

Close to the Phoenix International Airport Troy and staff exceptional service providers. They exceed on a personal level to ensure your visit is the best. Met three of the permanent residents,all delightful. Quiet,easy access parking and very well managed.

The lady that checked us in was extremely rude!!! No personality and I felt as if we were interrupting whatever she was doing before we arrived. There was trash in the closet.
