Refrigerator had broken shelves. The sticky plastic veneer was peeling off of the dresser drawers, the carpet was sticky. Didn't expect four star accommodations but we also didn't choose the cheapest rooms in the area so it was a slight downer walking into this.

Never again. The facility was run down and dirty. Trash piling up around waste receptacles, dirty carpet, not pleasant.

Reeked of smoke everywhere. Everything stunk. It smelled like an ashtray.

Many negatives Many negatives. "Breakfast" was a granola bar. They had no muffins, no fresh fruit. They get deliveries once/week (so don't expect fresh, if they have anything at all.) Staff wasn't friendly and just replied that "it's not my fault". Room was dirty. Old cough drop on nightstand. Unlikely it was cleaned. Sketchy neighborhood.

Room was filthy. Bed was uncomfortable. Had to return towels to front desk in order to get more.

Avoid This Place We walked into the hotel with a one bedroom queen and asked to upgrade to a room with two doubles. After several minutes we were upgraded, only to be brought to the room and told it wasn't available after we started unpacking. They then brought us to a room that they literally febreezed in front of us, while also applying some carpet cleaners. I took my shoes off and noticed that the floor was completely soaked.
