Great front desk person, horrible rooms. The front desk was lovely. However, I was told my room was ready. I went up to it, and the person cleaning was in my room still. It made for an awkward situation. The room smelled like stale smoke, I kept sneezing.. even though it was non smoking. The elevator had dried mud which looked to be all over the front entryway. The hotel staff was lovely. Unfortunately , the hotel was extremely dirty. The non-smoking floor smelled of smoke which burned my eyes. The only way to get the room to smell less smoky was to open the window in 40F temps. Only one of the windows had a screen. The elevators and hallways were dirty too.

Don't waste your time or money-Huge Disappointment This was only a one night stop along our trip route, so I didnt expect something wonderful, but did expect more from an Extended Stay. We drove from Pittsburgh Airport at 1am, and the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and had us uncomfortable. Then we pull in and some creepy dude was sitting there smoking.
