Terrible service at time of check in. I was told my pre-paid room was no longer available (was told the next day that it actually was). I had to find another hotel.

Worse Stay Ever My wife, new born baby, and I traveled to the area to see family, we wanted a room with the listed amenities they offered cause we had a newborn with us, We arrived late Thursday/early Friday morning and was greeted with the odor of cigarettes and a young man working the front desk not sure he knew what he was doing, upon entering the room we got, room 210 was only worse. I was told when I called,that I was able to park a tractor trailer in there lot.Wrong,I did it but the parking lot is to small small for big trucks. The bathroom needs the light cleaned & ceiling in bathroom needs to be fixed. No breakfast as I was checking out at 6:30.

I will not be back. Rooms weren't cleaned correctly with dirty sheets and poor draining sinks. Even tried to get a 2nd & 3rd room, but no luck. Ended up sleeping in my clothes.Hallways smelled of old cigarettes. Included breakfast was not even breakfast.

Smokey smells everywhere The elevator broke down the second day. The smell of cigarette smoke was everyplace even though there rooms were supposed to be smoke free.
