Day desk staff were very nice and allowed me to check-in early. The first room I was in, the toilet hadn't been clean in a long while. It was very unpleasant. The day desk clerk was more than happy to change rooms and I did. The 1st floor room I was in, there was a very female in one of the surrounding rooms who went on for a little while. Staff was pleasant at check in. Got to the room ... the bed was unmade from the last guest. We told them at the front desk as we went to dinner. They apologized. When we returned the bed was made (with the same sheets) I marked them! Furniture was stained and dirty. There is no daily housekeeping. You have to ask for more towels at the desk. AVOID!!!!!! FRONT DESK BS AND SMELLY ROOM. Front desk guy was no where to be found for about 30 mins. Sign said “use phone in lobby and I’ll be back in a few mins”. Called it 3 times. Still nothing. Finally a guy waiting in line, goes back to find the guy stuffing his face with pizza. Cool. The room legit smelled like they cleaned the room with sewage water. It didn’t go away. Told same pizza guy in the morning about the smell, he seemed to not give a f*ck. NEVER WILL I GO BACK.

The room was a mess. Windows were open the heat didn’t work. It says no smoking in room but butts on the carpet. Food scattered on the floor. The sheets had something in them. Got a refund and found another hotel

The rooms were big. But...rooms were dirty, dirty refrigerator, spilled liquids in bathroom on shelf, bar in shower missing, toilet paper pieces on floor in bathroom, microwave dirty. The outside area was gross. Dog poop not picked up. It was everywhere! I had to be on alert walking my dog. On side lawn cogarette butts in pulea everywhere. The staff was nice , thats about it... Our room was disgusting.... dog hair all over the carpet - as in a walked in, took off my shoes and in seconds my socks were covered! The refrigerator was disgusting and you could tell was not cleaned in years!!! The bathroom had duct tape and human hair all over and also was not cleaned in several months. We are not hard to please but this place is disgusting. Pretty much a frat house.... maybe worse.

It’s Free Parking. Free breakfast comes in packages muffin, oatmeal’s, coffee dispenser in the side corner across the reception. It’s more of a “to go breakfast “ since they didn’t have sit down cafeteria. Terrible services at Reception Office, clerk is always away from desk, so you’ll have to wait for awhile before one comes to attend when I was checking IN, and same thing happened even when I was checking OUT.
