I wasn’t expecting the ritz, but this property should be condemned.

This place was dirty and LOUD. Unsafe, the back door didn't lock. There was a group of middle schoolers roaming the halls. People partying until well after midnight. It was pretty awful

Entire facility was filthy, rooms, entry, stairs ...everywhere. Computer system was down. No wifi

Never stay here I had to go to Pittsburgh for a family emergency due to a car accident. Maintenance broke into my room with me in it. Door was double locked. Front desk did not apologize but blamed me for being in the room the assigned to me. Asked for turn down service they informed me that it is done weekly. Once I hung up the phone I heard them talking about me and laughing that I had requested room service. There was never anyone at the front desk. Every time I had to call from the lobby phone. Okay stay... but would not return My room had stuff on the floor and in the shower and had not been properly cleaned.

Dirty Diapers As soon as we got in the room I spotted a dirty diaper in the trash! There was not even a little bar of soap or towels in the bathroom. I tried to call the reception and the phone was not working. I went down to talk to the receptionist and he told me that he would let the manager know about this issue in the morning and that he will have the room cleaned next day for us (we were staying for 2 nights). The next day when we went back to the hotel the trash was still outside where I left it with the dirty diaper ... read more

The location was nice. However the promised amenities were not there. Did not enjoy the stay. Continental breakfast was mentioned at booking but in reality granola bars, muffin and coffee were offered.
