The outside of the building was nice but the rooms were noy like the pictures online. It was dirty. The toilet didnt flush properly. There was hair in the shower. And the door did not close and lock properly. It was pretty gross actually.

The place was dreary. We booked it for the kitchen in the room, but there were no plates, or pans, or anything to use in the kitchen. The "included breakfast" was pathetic - some cereal bars and coffee. I will never book another Extended Stay America property.

The bed linens were only changed once a week. There was no maid service. If I wanted clean towels, I had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk. The "continental breakfast" consisted of pre wrapped muffins and granola bars. No fresh fruit or yogurt. The back door to the hotel didn't even close. Some security!

Would never stay here again Hotel smells awful and everything is a mess. Everything needs to be cleaned and the service is not very good. Shell out the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Literally left and got a different room at another hotel.

Wire fraud by extended stay Carnegie They charged my card for the rooms after Expedia had already paid them first claiming it was a mistake and then claiming Expedia hadn’t paid the whole rate although they charged me the full rate again. Each time they refunded it but they do it to everyone who stays. I overheard other guests making the same complaint

Had to travel through some rough streets and go completely through town to get to this hotel but leaving, it was right off the highway, but you couldn’t enter like that. So getting there sucked, leaving was fine. The door to the room was loose and barely stayed locked. As for breakfast, all they offered were cereal & bread to make toast. Once I got into the room, had to plug the lights in, all the lights were unplugged. Definitely not staying there again.

Our stay was for 1 night . The lobby wasn't very clean at all . Also our room looked like it want dusted properly, toilet wouldn't flush . Hotel looks very out dated and dirty .
