It was filthy, carpet was ripped, tub was nasty, cable didn't work. Staff was never present nore did they answer phone. Never again.

Read reviews before booking Ive stayed at many Extended Stay America’s and this one will make me reconsider booking w the company again. Elevator was dirty, halls smelled of smoke. Pee stains on toilet seat, stains on bed. Just overall felt dirty. Plus they overcharged me while checking in, so now i have to wait for my refund. I guess I get what i paid for, but definitely wasn’t impressed at all and would have rather stayed elsewhere.

Stay Room was pretty nice but the hotel overall smelled really bad and its not in the best area. Just my opinion, but the service was good and they were really nice.

Pay the extra $15 to stay anywhere else Very disappointing. First room they gave us had not been cleaned--bedside table was covered with crumbs, floor hadn't been swept, and a bug crawling across the bed. Second room they gave us had stains on mattress cover, streak on bath tub, and just general disarray. All corridors smelled like smoke, moisture, and just gross. Finally decided to just leave.

Property maintained in poor condition. No cleanliness at all. Corridors and carpet stinks. Saw bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. In the amenities it was mentioned as continental breakfast but they have grab and go bars. Totally horrible service and experience. When we checked in they allotted a room which is not cleaned at all.

check-in took over 40 minutes. they weren't prepared for guests. one of the employees was not sufficient to be working.

Won’t stay again Dirty room. No breakfast available.

Many noise and a smell of marijuana, not still breakfast, nor in the evenings people made a fuss in the halls the hotel was not so clean and the rooms was. Ok The staff they was ok but the Hotel is very ghetto, I never stay there again
