Apparently if you book a room with orbit the same day your supposed to know that you won’t have a reservation for two days. Got to my destination and had no room. They didn’t offer to help find another and it’s going to take ten days to refund my money. Not to mention they charged my card for the stay. I will never ever ever book with orbit again . I had nowhere to stay. Everything was booked due to the holiday. I was traveling for business and had to use a co workers room to shower and how embarrassing.

No ice machines, no laundry, no cups in room at all, area is super shady. Room was clean but carpet had stains on it

The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been the first room was disgusting so i had to get another. The hallway also smelled like cigarettes.

Poor hospitality and questionable practices One of those hotels you walk into and wonder why the reviews are so poor. It seems fine, but then quickly reveals itself for what it is truly is. A photocopy of my credit card was made during check in. When I asked about it the employee shuffled around some papers, walked around corner, then came back with some other photocopied credit cards. The staff seems in over their heads. The toilet was broken. They didn't even have any band-aids when I cut my finger.
