Not much to write home about Stayed here for the night, checked in after midnight, hoping to just crash for the night and continue our trip in the morning. Got to the room, and there was dirt on the ground, previous guest left a box of shoes, cereal, and garbage that wasn't removed, the toilet was stained and the mouthwash half used. We didn't even want to stay but were so tired that we had to just tough it out and sleep and checked out as early as possible the next morning. 10/10 would not recommend.

Bad experience We are a family of three that booked a double bed room a week in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 11:15 pm after a very long drive to be told that the hotel does not have anymore a double bed room. The receptionist told us that they gave all the rooms to the walk-in people. What is the purpose of a reservation? Pagar por nada. Desafortunadamente fue una experiencia desagradable ya que al llegar a la recepcion no habia nadie en la recepcion quien nos atendiera despues de esperar y no recibir atencion nos toco reservar un nuevo hotel, y asi de esta forma tuve que pagar la reserva sin recibir el servicio.

Inept staff. Checked in someone else under our company name and gave them our guys rooms. Gave our guys dirty,uncleaned rooms. Will never stay there ever again.

Worse Hotel i stayed in. We landed in Pittsburgh late and needed a place to stay. Ended up choosing the Extended stay america. I do not know where to start as to why no one should ever stay here.
