Toilet was clogged when we arrived. It was late at night, so we informed them in the morning.

When we checked in the room they gave us was dirty even though they said it was cleaned. No other rooms were available even though we called the night before to confirm. We had to go to another extended stay. We didn’t even get the same price for the room. Would not recommend.

We do NOT recommend. Filthy floors, dirty windows that were never cleaned it seems, low water pressure to the point we were unable to flash the toilette properly. Empty shelves in the kitchenette - one has to return to the registration and sign for a plate, a cup, and cutlery...The breakfast offered individual packages of cereal to cook with hot water...
