Even the elevator did not work for weeks or months!!!! Property management knows about it

There were bed bugs in our beds. Filthy property with unhelpful staff.

The place was very beautiful outside and in a nice area. The staff was nice. Unfortunately when you go through the halls to your room it smelled really bad like something spoiled or a foul odor. When we accessed the room it looked ok the only problem was the room smelled like sweaty socks and feet it was horrible. I had to go to Walmart with disinfect spray and Lysol wipes. I think the filters need to be replaced

Disappointed Elevator did not work. Television did not work front desk clerk had to come and hookup tv and change batteries in remote. Toilet had a slow/no flush. No ice machines. I was told i had to make my own ice, after looking for the ice machine.

The property was not up to the mark in term of the cleanliness. Chair in the room had lot of dust . The bed was squiky . The elevator was out of service and we had our room on 3rd floor. Morning breakfast was just coffee and pre packed snacks . No dedicated breakfast area . The price was $112 per night but was not worth the money .

The room cleanliness was not up to par. Shoes from previous guest under the bed. Blood? Or ? Stains on carpet.
