The front desk staff very rude and unprofessional

The hallway smells like a mix of dust and garbage. Once you enter the room, it smells very dusty and dirty. The toilet still had poop in the bottom of the bowl, and there was no hand soap for the sink. 1 of the 3 pillows were dirty with a weird brown stain and a small dark spot on it. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, go for it. But if you think you'll be here longer than that, I suggest finding a different hotel in the city of pittsburgh.

Don’t stay! Dirty, smelly, no amenities! Not even ice machine! The laundry was the nicest part of hotel! I do feel sorry for the front desk people they were kind and efficient. You could see from there service this happens a lot!

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. I am glad we only had to be there for 8hours. There was garbage under the beds. It really was gross, sorry to say.

Not maintained and probably old property. Cost cutting everywhere, grab and go breakfast is not even comparable with in room coffee maker with similar ranked other properties. Not worth paying $90 .

Terrible way of welcoming guests . Reception was crowded with people( or friends of front office staff ) with cigarettes. Scary !!! worst hotel I have ever stayed in the United States. Not recommended for Individuals and Families.

Lost power in half the hotel during morning hours. No hot water when power came back on. Staff had no idea how to fix the problem. They said they could not get a hold of their repair person.
