Staff very unfriendly. Halfway stinks. There's no tea or coffee beyond breakfast

There are always people smoking pot, right near the door around back... I never felt completely safe in the room. Under the bed was VERY dirty, hair old socks... next time i will pay more to stay somewhere else.

The night shift member was late. I waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up to help at the desk.

Staff wasn’t much helpful or welcoming at the desk at night, yet when I checked out in the morning the next clerk was more curtious and welcoming. I asked if there were stairs that I could take and staff said there’s only an elevator. Yet when I was leaving out from my room, I noticed that there were steps on the far end that I could walk down instead. Again, staff very half-a** on tending to guest’s. Won’t be recommending family to stay for the holidays anymore.
