Property was disgusting! From the time you walked in to the rooms and beyond. Wont be staying here again!

I wouldn’t waste my time staying here. The breakfast was horrible and the area was dirty. The elevator was broke constantly. If you needed a replacement or extra towels you had to bring it and they would count it. Outside trash was constantly filled and never changed. Just disgusting.

Not clean. Not clean. Hand prints on bathroom door. Nail polish on the counter. Towels were stained. Corridor was not vacuumed for several days allowing accumulation of food crumbs, paper bits, dust, etc

I called the day of check-in to let them know I will arrive at 11pm-11:30pm. When i arrived at 11:10pm there was no one at the front desk to check you in. There was another person who was waiting for 10 minutes before I arrived. I called every # that they had posted on their front door, but no one picked up. After 20 minutes I left and checked-in at the hotel down the street. The worst experience I ever saw.

Strong smell of cigarettes The hotel is listed as non-smoking however the room that I was assigned had such an overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes that I couldn’t cope. I found myself wearing a mask inside the room to combat the smell and had to use my asthma rescue inhaler for the first time in 3 years. I will not be staying with this hotel at any point in the future.

The staff is pretty nice, but the condition of Hotel is terrible, dirty, old, very smelly, and kitchen is useless. At night time, even early morning 2-4am we walked up by loud of car's music in parking lot. There are away people in part lot walking around, smoking around or staying there for nothing. It's bad place for guess to stay.
