I would never stay here again. It was dirty and loud. They were under staffed and I was patient because of that reason only. I couldn't check in until 8pm and even then the front desk clerk had to make my bed with clean linen. My room was never cleaned. I had no wash clothes or bath mat. No shampoo or soap.. Except the bar left in the shower from the last guest. No coffee or plastic cups even. My room smelled like cigeretts so bad. I am not a smoker so it felt like I was staying in an ashtray. Terrible. The entire building smelled like cigarettes. Rooms were not clean. Generally run down facility.

Dirty disorganized. Gross. Checked in- dragged all my bags upstairs. Key didn’t work. It was Late and the other rooms were very loud. So much so that being in the hall you could hear all their convos. Since I had to go back downstairs anyway because my key didn’t work I requested another room that was in a quiet part of the hotel. The new room that I got I walked into in the bed wasn’t made. No problem. Call the front desk and told them and they came with new bedding. That was no big deal. I didn't like that my room was without a shower curtain, no wash clothes, no coffee maker & no silverware/cups/plates. But the customer service was welcoming and great.

Look else where The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled like someone was still in there smoking. We asked for another room and the next room the bathtub was dirty and had cigarette butts next to the bed. Only good thing was a full refrigerator which we needed other then that we could have slept better in the car. The sheets looked dirty so we brought blankets out of our car to sleep on. Worse hotel ever . No ice machine , old and disgusting pots , fridge didn't work . I will never ever stay at a next extended stay . You could give me a free night and i still would decline and pay my way elsewhere . This is a 4 star MOTEL

The room was filthy was nail clipping dirty bedding and un known dried mucus on the tables. The counters where not cleaned the room had an awful oder the staff was unwilling to help and we couldnt even get a coffee pot. It was a disgrace
