Room booked was a non smoking, but the room, matress, blankets everything was full of smoke.

The hotel is run down. The morning staff is not friendly. Breakfast was not as promised. Could not find a bottle of water in the entire hotel. Very disappointing.

Bad experience The room smelled like straight cigarettes. Was no soap in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Smelt like weed walking into the building

Smoke room even advertising for all non smoke rooms. Ask for change receptionist said they can’t control if guests smoke. No hair blow dryer, hair conditioner, customer service

Toilet seat was loose. No Kleenex tissue was provided. The free breakfast offered was unacceptably poor and we went elsewhere; to the nearby Bob Evans. We won't return to this motel.

Cockroaches in fridge around beds, in holders for hotel info. Area outside is filled with trash. Smelled like wet dog and wet cigarettes.

Liked location. Didnt like the smell of the room (smelled like something extremly old). The room was cleaned very well. Dusty!! Bathroom needs a deep clean. The shower and floors need CLEANED! No just disinefected, if that was even done. Poor breakfast, which located at fron entrance of the Motel.
