Bad experience The room smelled like straight cigarettes. Was no soap in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Smelt like weed walking into the building

Smoke room even advertising for all non smoke rooms. Ask for change receptionist said they can’t control if guests smoke. No hair blow dryer, hair conditioner, customer service

Toilet seat was loose. No Kleenex tissue was provided. The free breakfast offered was unacceptably poor and we went elsewhere; to the nearby Bob Evans. We won't return to this motel.

Cockroaches in fridge around beds, in holders for hotel info. Area outside is filled with trash. Smelled like wet dog and wet cigarettes.

Liked location. Didnt like the smell of the room (smelled like something extremly old). The room was cleaned very well. Dusty!! Bathroom needs a deep clean. The shower and floors need CLEANED! No just disinefected, if that was even done. Poor breakfast, which located at fron entrance of the Motel.

This property was disgusting. I checked in and left 20 mins after once I got to my room and realized myself nor my children would be sleeping there. The lobby elevator and hall were also disgusting. Woman working the front desk was unprofessional on her phone with her boyfriend at one point she said hold on babe and set the phone done to finish checking me in. Wasted $100 dollars booking here.

Room needed to be cleaned better. Noisy refrigerator. Breakfast options were sub-par. Although most staff were fine, there was one staff member who was probably having a bad day and took on an unfriendly tone with another guest.
