Very disappointed I chose this hotel for convenience and they offered breakfast. The room was very dirty, could write your name in the dust, toothpaste splashed on mirror and wall, bed rock hard, pillows flat. Then the breakfast is coffee and a stale muffin or granola bar. Npt to mention my 3 trips to the service desk to get a remote that worked. Very very disappointed.

I am not usually one to give negative comments unless there warranted. This hotel definitely had issues. There key card machine didn't work and it took multiple trips to the front desk after being locked out multiple times for the front desk clerk to let us in each time. Due to a broken key machine the issue was never solved and we didn't have a key the entire stay. The only good thing was the guy working the front desk. The room didn't seem clean, the area was noisy. My room was on the ground floor & whenever someone stepped outside the lobby to smoke, I could hear every word they said. Not to mention the people having sex literally all night long in the room beside me.

This is not the hotel to stay at if you are looking for a restful night's sleep while traveling. There were doors slamming, televisions, people above us (maybe children?) running back and forth until well after midnight. You could hear everything from room to room and there was no time at all during the night that was quiet enough for us to sleep.
