This property was disgusting. I checked in and left 20 mins after once I got to my room and realized myself nor my children would be sleeping there. The lobby elevator and hall were also disgusting. Woman working the front desk was unprofessional on her phone with her boyfriend at one point she said hold on babe and set the phone done to finish checking me in. Wasted $100 dollars booking here.

Room needed to be cleaned better. Noisy refrigerator. Breakfast options were sub-par. Although most staff were fine, there was one staff member who was probably having a bad day and took on an unfriendly tone with another guest.

Very disappointed I chose this hotel for convenience and they offered breakfast. The room was very dirty, could write your name in the dust, toothpaste splashed on mirror and wall, bed rock hard, pillows flat. Then the breakfast is coffee and a stale muffin or granola bar. Npt to mention my 3 trips to the service desk to get a remote that worked. Very very disappointed.

I am not usually one to give negative comments unless there warranted. This hotel definitely had issues. There key card machine didn't work and it took multiple trips to the front desk after being locked out multiple times for the front desk clerk to let us in each time. Due to a broken key machine the issue was never solved and we didn't have a key the entire stay.
