I’m starting to see this issue a lot often after the pandemic, second hotel I get with the bathroom dirty, it looks like not enough staff to do the job right but the bathroom was not clean, I imagine that they don’t change sheets and don’t even clean this place frequently, it was terrible, the guy on front desk was struggling to get check in process but he was very professional and nice.

I got to the property after work at about 930. The parking lot was filled with people who seemed to be partying. The noise in the room from people in the hall was very loud. I was woken up several times throughout the evening by people talking loudly. My room was not very clean. The toilet was dirty when I got there. The refrigerator made a very loud knocking noise when it ran. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I thought someone was at my door.

Location was not clean nor was there enough staff at the front desk to accommodate the customers. Poor customer service quality was your biggest problem. Also the facility was filthy outside as well as inside. You need to update the facility or bring any cleaning stuff that can do a better job.

Very dirty and not nice. It was actually quite gross.
