Sorry to say that this was not a good experience. They advertise a kitchen. First, the refrigerator was Luke warm. I had to throw out everything in the morning. The freezer did work. There was no ice. There were zero utensils, pots/pans, no coffee maker cups or plates/bowls of any kind. You had to go to the check in area to get anything. They did provide coffee packets if you asked for the coffee maker. They advertise they provide breakfast. I’m starting to see this issue a lot often after the pandemic, second hotel I get with the bathroom dirty, it looks like not enough staff to do the job right but the bathroom was not clean, I imagine that they don’t change sheets and don’t even clean this place frequently, it was terrible, the guy on front desk was struggling to get check in process but he was very professional and nice.
